Michael and his work
ARTIST
Michael has owned horses for the past 35+ years. As a part of his daily life, they became an obvious inspiration for many of his sketches. Having several World Champion quarter horses over the years, Michael also became a skilled reining rider.
ARCHITECT
The Palm Beach County Judicial Center was the largest commission of Michael's career at a cost of $100 million. Michael A. Shiff & Associates, Inc., founded in 1973 in Fort Lauderdale, focused primarily on governmental facilities, commercial office towers, and high end residential mixed use complexes.
